By accessing or using REVERSO Protocol ("the Protocol"), including the website at reverso.one, the smart contracts, and the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Protocol.
REVERSO Protocol provides reversible transaction functionality on EVM-compatible blockchains. The Protocol allows users to send crypto transfers with a configurable time-lock period during which the sender can cancel the transaction. The Protocol operates through smart contracts deployed on Ethereum, BSC, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, and Avalanche.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Protocol complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
REVERSO Protocol does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Protocol is a tool for executing reversible blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
The Protocol charges fees for its services:
Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is executed on-chain. Fee rates may be updated with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the Protocol for:
The Protocol relies on smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. While the contracts have been tested extensively (109+ tests, 13,000+ fuzz runs, Slither analysis), smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of interacting with smart contracts, including but not limited to:
The optional insurance feature provides coverage for verified phishing and scam incidents only. Insurance does not cover losses due to market movements, user error in setting parameters, or unauthorized wallet access due to private key compromise. Coverage is limited by the insurance pool balance and is subject to review by the security committee.
The Protocol includes an EmergencyGuardian system that may pause operations, freeze suspicious transfers, or take other protective actions. These measures are designed to protect users and the Protocol's integrity. The team reserves the right to invoke emergency mechanisms when necessary.
Access to the REVERSO API is subject to rate limits, plan restrictions, and acceptable use policies. API keys may be revoked for abuse, excessive usage, or violation of these terms. Enterprise API plans are subject to separate commercial agreements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to decentralized protocols and digital asset services. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
